Why crews join

More jobs. Less admin.

Great van operators are brilliant on the tools and terrible at marketing. We flip that — we win and price the customer; you turn up and do the job.

Steady, pre-booked work

We fill your diary with jobs in your area — clearance, moves, collections, junk. The customer's chosen VanLoader and the fixed price is set.

You set your patch

Choose your travel radius, the job types and sizes you want, and your availability. Scale up or down week to week.

We handle the customer

Marketing, enquiries, photo review, scheduling and comms are all done for you, so you stay on the tools.

Payment handled

No invoicing customers, no chasing balances — we collect and pay you out on a clear, regular schedule.

Keep the resale upside

Usable furniture and items you recover on clearances are yours to resell or donate — a second income on top of the fee.

Grow without overhead

Take on more work without hiring a marketer or building a website. We're the growth engine; you're the operator.

What you'll need

Licensed, insured, and good at the job.

Waste Carrier Licence

A valid Environment Agency (or SEPA / NRW) upper-tier Waste Carrier registration for any clearance/disposal work — so every job is handled lawfully with proper Waste Transfer Notes.

Insurance

Public liability and goods-in-transit cover appropriate to removals and clearance work.

Van & crew

Your own van (Luton or similar) and a reliable crew able to lift, load and work tidily and respectfully in people's homes.

DBS & right to work

Enhanced DBS checks for crew working in customers' homes, plus documented right to work in the UK.
